Our minimum for embroidery is typically:
12 hats (standard)
6–12 garments for polos, jackets, etc.
Minimums may vary depending on design size and stitch count.
3. How long will my embroidery order take?
Standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days after you approve the digital stitch mockup.
Rush service is available depending on production capacity.
4. What art files do you need for embroidery?
For the cleanest stitch results, we prefer vector files:
SVG (vector)
High-resolution PNGs/JPGs are also workable, but they may require redesign or clean-up.
5. Do you digitize the design?
Yes! Every embroidery job requires digitizing, which converts your artwork into a stitch file. We create custom digitized files to ensure sharp lines, clean borders, and perfect thread paths.
6. Does digitizing cost extra?
Digitizing has a one-time setup fee depending on the design’s complexity, but once it’s made, you can reuse it for future orders at no extra cost.
7. Can any design be embroidered?
Most designs can be embroidered, but extremely detailed artwork may need to be simplified due to thread limitations. We’ll guide you on what works best.
8. How many thread colors can I use?
We can embroider up to 12 thread colors in a single design. We offer a large range of standard and specialty threads, including metallic and neon options.
