Absolutely. Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or text. For local orders being delivered or picked up in-store, we also provide status updates so you always know where your order stands.

Because every item we create is custom-made, all sales are final. However, if there is a mistake on our end—such as wrong stitching, incorrect garment, or placement error—we will gladly fix or replace the item at no cost. Our goal is 100% satisfaction on every custom order.
